Advantages for Trainers:
Heart of Phoenix has nearly 30,000 engaged followers across the United States on Facebook, millions of views on Youtube, thousands of unique blog readers, and so the exposure for trainers if tremendous during this event on both the Appalachian Trainer FACE off page and the Heart of Phoenix Equine Rescue page, blog and youtube channel. This means a vastly expanded reach for your training business where you reach more potential, future clientele.
We put together a well-known team of judges, so you have a tremendous team coming together to evaluate your skill level in this competition, as well as being able to prove your ABILITY against your peers in the public eye!
The highest adoption fee paid in 2017 was $3,300. Trainers have the opportunity to walk away with a sizable fee. Heart of Phoenix Equine Rescue splits the ADOPTION auction fee with each trainer, and there is also an incredible cash and PRIZE Package offered to the Grand Prize winner! If a trainer engages the right adopter base, the sky is the limit in terms of the award potential!
The prize package varies year to year. In 2017, the GRAND PRIZE winner received an entire pallet of BUCKEYE Perform Feed, a huge package of supplements from Buckeye, $400 in cash awards, $1,000 value Custom 24×20 piece of Art work of the subject/horse/pet of their choice, $100 in Custom Apparel of their choice from Underground Printing, An award plaque and more on top of the adoption fee cash addition to the package!
Being able to compete against your peer group and set yourself apart is a valuable, competitive portion of the FACE OFF. This type of event is uncommon in this region of the United States, and we believe showcasing GOOD HORSEMANSHIP and sportmanship in the equine community is incredibly important; this event allows those things to take place. You will have a huge audience and bragging rights. . .who doesn’t love bragging rights?
To us, though, the most tremendous AWARD and REWARD is knowing you've changed the life of a horse that has previous suffered unspeakable neglect by your training efforts and by showing the HORSE WORLD what that horse can do when given the opportunity.
MARK YOUR CALENDAR, AND PLAN TO APPLY before APRIL 1st.
